Huaaaaaa!
Yesterday was the best holiday ever! (yesterday here means August 2012)
Yeah, i mean, can you imagine how it's like to travel all day with your family by car, everywhere?
Last year, me and my family went to North Sumatera. We stayed at my grandparents house for about one month. But in that one month, there was always new place we visited in every week!
Lets go the fourth week of my vacation in Sumatera! *woosh*
Hi, here we are in Tarutung! This day, after we leave my aunty's house, we go to Pemandian Air Soda, in Desa Parbubu. As you read its name, it's soda water. Yeah, we're going to bath in soda water. For me, it sounds amazing! My other aunty tells me that there are just only two soda springs in this world, one in North Sumatera where we exactly are heading to, and one in Venezuela. Can you imagine that? In Indonesia!
When we arrive there (it's 8 am in the morning), no one is there. So we are free to do everything that we want to do in the spring. Luckily for me, since i never heard this kind of spring before, i can't hold my curiousity any longer. I change my clothes and then jump to the water. At first, i feel it's really strange and uncomfortable for me. That soda water.. just like it's alive. Yeah, they keep making noises, like the sound when you pour your soda drink to a glass. Besides, it hurt my eyes when i wipe my face.
But, only soaking there for around 10 minutes make me forget that part. I adapted quickly and start to play around. So let's imagine this part.
A nature soda spring, with diameter around 8 metres, full of noisy soda water, and it's placed right next to a field. When you lean back at the rocks, you will see the sun is rising and its shine hits the surface of the water. You see that sparkling diamonds on the water? That's what i mean. It's amazing, deeply amazing.
Hoah, playing around for about one hour in a soda spring make me exhausted. So i get up from the water and change my clothes. Then we eat some instant noodles that local people made for us.
People start to come and i see them jump to water. Some of them are just like me, amazed of what God has made for us.
photograph will catch up, but if you're already being curious, why don't you just search one at google? hehe
okay it catches up now :D
See ya around!
